I just spoke with the owner of this '645 2+2. It is nearing the completion of a professional restoration, and will be available in late November - December.
The car is red w/black interior. It has the original 389 engine, converted from 4BBL to Tri-Power. For ease and economy of driving, a 5-speed manual trans has been added. Has 8-lug wheels.
Sounds like a very desirable '64. Stay tuned for pictures shortly.

I may be interested in your car. I'd consider trading my 67 Chevelle super sport convertible with nos match rare L78 engine for your 64 or a 65 ( for anyone else viewing this post)
