Classic car market due for a correction this year? 10 Years, 3 Months ago
Just received an email from Hagerty Insurance. They are hosting a "Muscle Car Summit" on Jan 16, 2014. To quote their description:
"It's the 50th anniversary of the muscle car and it's been five years since the big correction in the muscle car market. Join us online on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, for a live seminar where an all-star panel will discuss whether the muscle car market is back and where it's going.
Panelists include Colin Comer (author of The Complete Book of Shelby and Million Dollar Muscle Cars), Ken Lingenfelter, John Kraman (Mecum Auctions), Donnie Gould (Auctions America), Wayne Carini, Dave Kinney (Hagerty Price Guide Publisher) and Matt Stone, with an introduction from McKeel Hagerty."
Could be quite interesting. Here's a link to the Youtube video:

very interesting....one day they will include our full size cars in amongst the mid sided muscle cars when they talk of unique investment & cars that are going to be extremely sort after. after all, we have size, luxury & in most cases a hell of a lot more performance.... anyway, its nice that we can stand apart from the crowd.
.....or maybe we just caught on to something cool before the masses have.
