Iam trying to hunt down some of the last parts for my '65 2+2 resto. Does anyone know where i can get a rear tail lite panel in good condition, no dents, preferably good chrome?
Also,
Stainless trim for eccelerator pedal,
L/H door moulding,
L/H rear quarter moulding [before rear wheel opening],
L/H rear quarter moulding [after rear wheel opening],
R/H rear quarter window chrome weather strip holder.

Ah, the infamous & elusive '65 tail panel! Get in line & bring a fat wallet. Used panels are almost always pitted, and you will have a difficult time finding a plater who will even try to restore them. I've been through 4 different platers, several of which ruined the panels I left with them. I did see a really phenomenal restoration done by The Finishing Touch in Chicago - click here for link. Reportedly it cost $3000 with the tail panel supplied by the car owner, but it was gorgeous. Very rarely an NOS panel appears on Ebay - ranging from $2500-$5000.

I will check my inventory to see if I have any of the moldings.

Anyone who can help Todd, don't let the shipping to Australia thing discourage you. I've sent Todd some stuff and he is a reputable buyer.

BTW Todd, why don't you send us some progress pictures?
