Finishing up restoration, need parts for my 66! 13 Years, 8 Months ago
$40k later, I am getting down to brass tax trying to save what money I have left to find a decent steering wheel. I have the clear plastic as you can see in the picture, and don't really want to spend the $1100-1500 to get it refurbished! Looking for a decent replacement, also if anyone knows how I can get ahold of those backseat armrests for the 66 convertible. In my pictures you can see I had a cut-out for car audio... I am now going back to original, but can't find a replacement. Finally if anyone knows of a good set of 8-lugs, it's not a must, but a plus.
Thanks for keepin your eyes and ears out for me, see you on the road!

Any competent auto upholstery shop can match your red vinyl and repair the speaker holes.
As for the steering wheel, the restored wheels I've seen - while quite beautifully done - look "over-restored" to me. They don't look like what left the factory, IMO. You may want to consider replacing it with the "Sport" wheel - the wood-grain plastic
3 -spoke wheel more commonly found on GTO's, but an option on the '66 Catalina.
